Another 1km of secondary range would be nice and all, but is that really worth the few hundred thousand experience needed to get another 4 points for manual control? One would think that 100% dispersion at 7.2km on Lyon wouldn't be significantly more effective than 40% dispersion at 6.2km Swap out AR for EM for Bretagne if you wish, and I would take AFT as the first 4pt skill, given the Concealment of the MN BBs is rather lacking, and in my eyes extending secondary and AA range suits me better.ĭo you really think AFT rather than Manual Fire Control for Secondaries? The benefit on Normandie will be minimal, but huge on the Lyon and up with a 60% reduction in dispersion. For captain skills, the regular set up usually suffices (for me that is PM, AR, SI). Rev with added speed and range, but everything else is nye on the same/similar for performance). The latter does well to keep up with New York, while the former is an overglorified Okt. Especially the heavily faked version WG have put in game.Īs for the OPs point, Normandie & Bretagne are the worst BBs at their respective tiers for me. I pointed it out, but the descriptions are never really acted upon to my knowledge.Īnd because I know someone out there is going to say it, but having a ship completed and entering service as a carrier doesn't count if the in game ship is supposed to be a battleship. Those descriptions are all over the place. I just wish they hadn't listed it as a real ship.
